The more difficult metal projects

Dev's cuff links getting some love :)

COPPER CUFF LINKS WITH A DIAMOND BIT TEXTURE! These were made all from copper sheet metal, copper wire and copper chain! After I got them all soldered together I cleaned them up with a grinder and sandpaper, textured them with a diamond bit tool, oxidized them and to complete them, gave them a brass brushed finish.

Tara's sterling cast ring! It is a square MAPLE LEAF ring made of sterling silver and also oxidized. The bottom photo is what it looked like after I cleaned all the investment off of it!

The RANDOMS

SILLY RINGS
Here are more wire wrapped rings! They are all made from oxidized brass wire and all have one crystal that is either pink or purple!

Bailed Projects! Here are three necklaces that are all bailed together with brass wire and are hung on red brass chain and have brass clasps. The first one has red coral beads (SOLD), the second has painted wooden beads from a bracelet I took apart and the third has large wooden beads.

MORE BRACELETS EVERYWHERE! They are made of brass and copper, just copper and just brass. All are oxidized and vary in size. I really like to wear mine over plane long sleeve shirts and cardigans. They are quite rustic looking.

Here, in the photo on the left is a simple necklace with a single tear drop shaped jade bead. It is hung off of red brass which I oxidized slightly and has a brass clasp.

The necklace on the right I'm not too sure about... I can't tell if it's, well, fashionable in some way or just strange. Hmmm, this might be the happenings of trying to create too many things too quickly.

The News

I would like to say THANK YOU to Helen who owns Willow - An Artisan's Market, a little art boutique in Littleton CO. She has taken nine of my necklaces and is trying to sell them there! Wish her luck!!! Below is a photo of the method I chose to get all of my jewelry to her shop for her to look at, I thought it was kind of clever :)

randoms

So I did NOT like the necklace I made below, I thought the colors in the beads were terrible with the brass and copper oxidized links... so here is the re-do.
Oh, and sorry for the terrible photo...

Another wire wrap! The links are made of twisted brass and copper wire with African opal beads. It is hung on brass chain and has a brass clasp.

HERE are some more ceramic pendants!!!

The pendant on the left is on oxidized brass chain with purple crystals and the piece on the right is hung off of a copper chain.

Misc. bailing projects!

The photo on the left is of 10 hammered brass discs with mother of pearl/shell beads hung on larger oval brass chain.

On the right is a piece that consists of alternating hammered copper discs and sodalite beads that are all bailed together and hung off of doubled sterling chain with a sterling clasp.

This piece consists of many amethyst beads bailed together with brass along with a brass S clasp.

I actually really like this piece and the simplicity of it. It is made of copper discs (made from sheet metal), copper wire and clasp with turquoise beads and oxidized brass chain.

This piece is one of my new favorites! It is made with brass wire and shell/mother of pearl beads, and two different styles of oxidized brass chain.

Tiger's Eye and oxidized brass chain and wire.

This piece is made with brass wire and flat, round mother of pearl beads given to me by my friend Becca!!

CLUSTERS GALORE

Here is a cluster of mother of pearl beads and purple crystal beads. I used sterling wire, chain and clasp all oxidized.

SOLD

Below on the left is a cluster of quartz and many green stones (possibly green amethyst/quartz) on brass and an oxidized brass chain.

The photo on the right is a cluster of round turquoise beads on brass and also with the same oxidized brass chain.

On the left there is a cluster of polished amethyst beads on brass and oxidized brass chain.

The piece on the right consists of rough cut, polished, quartz beads on copper.

Here is a cluster of turquoise and quartz on copper.
